What is memory care?
Memory care is specialized support for those facing the challenges of Alzheimer’s, dementia and other forms of memory loss. At The Palms, we provide exceptional care for your loved ones in a nurturing and uplifting environment. We work with families to address the challenges of memory impairment while also serving as a supportive resource to help family members understand the main differences between the symptoms of dementia and age — related forgetfulness, as well as navigate the complexities of paying for memory care. Our team is dedicated to bringing peace of mind to both residents and their families as we embark on this journey together.
Reassuring and uplifting.
Memory Care at The Palms at Plantation has been purposefully designed for engagement, safety and connection – all to encourage a sense of fulfillment and belonging for those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other forms of memory loss.
Every space is filled with positivity and joy — and every day offers opportunities for a more engaged, purposeful way of life. Our experienced caregivers are always close at hand to address residents’ individual needs and promote connection and interaction, as well as to provide innovative therapies and meaningful enrichment programming through Masterful Moments™.
Socialization has been shown to have a positive impact on the quality of life for seniors, particularly those with memory loss. Our experienced, specialized care takes into account your loved one’s unique life experiences and works with them to bring out their best each day. Our amazing staff is also here to help any family members understand the main differences between the symptoms of dementia and age-related forgetfulness.
