The Palms offers assisted living and memory care in the Broward County area. Whether you’re looking for senior living providing extra assistance with daily activities or specialized support for memory loss, you’ll find it at our welcoming community.

Which utilities are included?

Basic utilities are included; telephone is not. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the community’s common spaces.

Is there an entry fee, or buy in?

No, an entry fee is not required at The Palms at Plantation. Our community operates as a rental senior living community that does not require a large, lump-sum payment upon move-in while still allowing residents to benefit from comprehensive services and quality care – all without a long-term contract.

Can residents have guests?

Our community welcomes all residents’ friends and family members and encourages them to join the fun by attending our wide variety of community events. We also offer our private rooms and catering services if you’d like to book them for special occasions.

What types of activities and events does the community offer?

At The Palms, we’re always finding ways to enlighten and entertain our residents – including live music, birthday parties, seasonal celebrations, exercise classes, wellness programming and much more.
